In life, some take and some give – today we want to thank the givers.

We extend our gratitude to everyone who contributed to the Teddy Bear Donation Day.

On 13 September we aimed to make a positive impact at the El-Shammah Home, where each teddy bear offers a warm embrace to a child in need during difficult times.

Merencia and Alistair Scholtz officially opened the home on May 13, 2009.

The primary mission of the home is to create a safe haven for abandoned and unwanted infants from birth until they reach around 18 months old. The facility is dedicated to providing a clean, secure, and nurturing environment where babies can thrive, receiving physical, spiritual, and emotional support from trained caregivers who are available around the clock.

Any support for this non-profit organization in Germiston would be immensely appreciated.

Let us all come together as givers and make a meaningful difference in the world.
